• 1.What payment methods do you accept and is the checkout process secure?

  We accept payments through Stripe, one of the largest payment processors, providing you with a secure and convenient payment experience. Stripe supports major credit cards and popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you have any payment-related questions, please contact us at support@irasutoya.pro.

• 2.Can I cancel my subscription myself? Where do I do that?

  You can cancel through your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so your paid access continues until that date. Stripe processes subscription payments and we do not store your card details.

• 3.What happens if I exceed the limit of my chosen plan?

  You will not be able to exceed the allotted number of credits, and once you have used up all your points, premium features will be limited.

• 4.Are there hidden fees?

  No, there are no hidden fees. Pricing is transparent and straightforward. You only pay for the services and features you choose to use, there are no additional hidden fees.

• 5.Will you raise your prices?

  Possibly... While we try to keep our plans as affordable as possible, we are also adding more features and building more powerful AI models, which have a higher cost.

• 6.Can I get help using the product?

• 7.What is the difference between the different plans?

  The Free plan includes limited generation credits and downloads with a brand watermark. Paid plans provide more credits on a weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycle and remove the watermark from downloaded images.

• 8.Can I use the generated images commercially?

  Yes — the Pro plan includes commercial usage rights for the AI-generated output. The Free plan is for personal use only and includes a watermark on downloads.

  Note: some styles are inspired by well-known illustration brands (e.g. Irasutoya / いらすとや, Studio Ghibli). Rights are granted only to the AI-generated output itself — not to those brands, studios, or characters. Other styles are generic visual techniques with no such brand association.

• 9.Can I switch plans at any time?

  Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrading will immediately grant you access to the features of your new plan, while downgrading will retain any unused credits but will limit your access to features beyond your current plan.
