AI-Generated Output

As between you and irasutoya image generator, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Output generated for you. We assign to you any rights we may have in that Output, subject to these Terms and the plan-based permissions below. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output. We do not guarantee that Output is eligible for copyright protection or that its use will not infringe third-party rights.

Plan-Based Usage Rights

Output generated while your account is on the Free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may include a watermark. Output generated while your account has an active Pro subscription may be used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. The commercial usage rights attached to qualifying Pro Output continue after your Pro subscription is downgraded, canceled, or expires. A later upgrade does not retroactively grant commercial usage rights to Output previously generated on the Free plan.

Third-Party Rights and Your Responsibilities

These permissions apply only to the AI-generated Output itself. They do not grant you rights in third-party trademarks, brands, studios, characters, likenesses, source material, or other intellectual property that may be referenced by an Input, style label, or Output. Style names are descriptive and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing Output and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and does not violate the rights of others.

Use of Content to Operate the Service

You grant irasutoya image generator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Input and Output only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license does not give us ownership of your Input or Output.

5. Disclaimers
